FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY
Use of fireworks are prohibited on our property. If we find evidence of fireworks or have reports of fireworks, there will be a $1000 fee assessed.
NO SMOKING
No Smoking in the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, etc. Any smoking or damage caused by smoking will assess a minimum of $500 damage fee.
PET FREE PROPERTY
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our guests and visitors, this is a pet free property. If evidence of a pet is found on the property, the renter is subject to a minimum $500 cleaning fee and is responsible for any additional fees due to damage or repairs required to return the home to a pet free zone.
SUMMERTIME BURN BANS
Minimum $2,000 fine for burning anything during a burn ban in Mason county.Â
There is a propane fire pit for your use that is approved for use during a burn ban. Typically, during the summer in our area, there are burn bans, but this type of heating element is allowed during those times. Any other types of fire are prohibited on this property. Do not burn anything in the propane firepit and be sure to turn the propane off after each use.
